How do I book?
Choose an event, sign in, complete your profile, and reserve your spot.
How do payment and status work?
You pay during signup. The event page shows the price and your reservation status at all times.
What if an event is full?
The waitlist keeps your place in order without promising a spot. If someone cancels, places are offered in order.
What happens if the room is too small or plans move?
We check each event three days beforehand. If the room will not balance, we move you to the next compatible date or refund you on request.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account before the event. The event policy explains any applicable terms.
What happens on event night?
Hosts guide a sequence of short conversations. After each one you record your choice privately on your phone.
How do privacy and matches work?
Choices remain private. A match appears only after mutual interest, and nobody is told about a no.
How are safety concerns handled?
Speak to a host immediately, or contact hello@sparkdate.love. Everyone who books agrees to the code of conduct.
